If there were to be any factors that would pose as a difficulty
for me to change my stress, it would probably be the amount of constant distractions I get. No matter if I’m working on a school assignment and I’m worrying about it, I always manage to go onto Facebook, or watch the TV or do something unrelated to the assignment. By watching TV or going on Facebook it actually prolongs the time it takes for me to complete the assignment without me even knowing it. Therefore Technology poses as a big factor in order for me to overcome stress. Another factor that is also present is procrastination. When I get assignments I always feel that I have all the time in the world and always use the caption ``Ill get to it later`` when in reality, its due the next day. In order for me to eliminate that factor from my list I should do the assignments or at least get started on them when I receive them. That way I will have more of a head start and a grasp of the knowledge whereas if I didn’t get a head start, that’s where the stress arises, when everything piles up all at once. |
