Physical Dimension
Stress also has effects on my physical state of the body. While being stressed my digestive system, and want for food seems to diminish. Due to the fact that I’m worked up over what’s happening at a given time, it creates tension in the stomach making it feel uneasy. My appetite is gone therefore not making me want to eat, which in term, doesn’t allow me to get the required intake of nutrients I need in a day. When the body doesn’t have the amount of calories it needs in a day, it becomes weak and fails to perform simple daily tasks without feeling some sort of fatigue. This could be crucial if it’s a lack of attention during school, performance at work, ability to drive etc. By eliminating stress from the equation this will allow the body to eat and fully replenish itself with the proper intake of nutrients and calories.
